"We stayed at the Tahoe Castle on our Christmas Vacation and loved this house! Lake Tahoe was absolutely stunning in Winter as it were but to come "home" from a long day of skiing and unwind in the steam room, pool and spa was perfect. We had so many pictures of the house but somehow all our vacation pics got deleted, and too bad because we had some really great ones. As a cook I personally enjoyed the large gas stove and easy access kitchen for all the ladies to gossip while the men played pool in the loft. One issue though, after you get home expect a
lot of nagging from the kids "Mom when are we getting a pool inside" :)"
"Well that's what the kids all just said when I asked what title I should enter. The kids aren't the only ones who enjoyed this home. The adults all enjoyed feasting out on the balcony each night and we did bring along my husbands favorite new toy, the margarita maker.
The indoor pool was in fact awesome! The water was between 85 and 90 degrees and with the waterfall going and stereo I was in heaven! We'll be back."
"My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Tahoe Castle home last March. We come to tahoe each year to ski and of course the younger ones all snowboard. This home was not very far at all to Heavenly Ski Resort. The pictures do not do this house justice. The log accents and very high ceilings were gorgeous. Not to mention the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna room, what else...the pool table and the football table thing were a big hit with the kids and that would include my husband. Everyone has voted that we stay there again this Winter so I will be making the
arrangements soon. "
"What an Amazing place.
We hiked and biked and boated all day and it was so cool to come back to a relaxing swim and serve up dinner in the beautiful log greatroom. Kids loved the loft area and played foosball and cards and the men played pool and we all had a great time. Easy drive to everywhere and very quiet there. I recomend this Castle to anyone except maybe handicapped because of the stairs."
"My family and I have been coming to Tahoe since 1979 and in the last ten or so years we have been using vacation rentals. My wife researches dozens before deciding and we always try to stay somewhere different, that is until now. This home is truly unique and has so many features you can't find anywhere else that unless we find a better home this is our new retreat. The pool was very warm, the house extremely quiet and we had a great time. Stay here and you'll have a hard time "downgrading" to anything else!"
